CFTC Orders Unregistered Pool Operator and its Managing Member to Pay More than $520,000 for Fraud Violations
Washington, D.C. — The Commodity Futures Trading Commission today issued an order simultaneously filing and settling charges against Get Money Tradez LLC (GMT), and its managing member, Jeffrey Carmon, Jr. a/k/a Jeffery Carmon, Jr. (Carmon), both based in the Houston, Texas area.
